Hi Doug,

A vast majority of people on the 80 10 10 diet depend on fruit which is shipped
in from abroad or from far away- at least I know I do.

We are designed to live in the tropics and if we don't we bring the tropics to us
(central heating, clothing, shipping tropical fruit to whatever part of the world
we live in)

However I would be interested to understand you thoughts around Peak Oil and
the Global Financial Crisis - do you have any thoughts around these subjects?

The monetary system works only with infinite growth. Impossible to have this in
a finite world. It appears that the end to the monetary system could be round
the corner (or clearly already happening) and oil is of course a finite resource.

What are your thoughts?
