You didn't mention anything about your current or past eating habits. I do know that meat, dairy, salt, and processed food consumption does a number on our tastebuds. Converting to a 80/10/10 eating program is LOW fat so not a problem you not liking fat. You don't have to eat nuts at all. There's enough fat in fruits and vegies. Your taste buds change as you eat more 100% whole foods. Start out with a salad without any dressing from a bottle. Perhaps blended vegies on top. No added salt, etc. As you eat more of the real food you will develop new tastebuds that appreciate good wholesome nutrtion.
