that seems excessive unless extreme exercise, no?
i would suggest not worrying about keeping your calories up and instead focusing on hunger.
if you are eating without sufficient hunger, you will have problems.
also, abide by rule 1
when hungry, eat whole ripe raw organic plants one at a time until satiated.
if you must have citrus, focus more on tangerines instead of oranges and grapefruit, imo
use a citrus juicer.
for blending, no more than 2 items, imo
bananas and celery
bananas and lettuce
fruit must be ripe and organic if possible and insure that you are hungry.
don't try to exercise if you do not have the energy.
