i wonder what her reasons were for doing it??? : /
i was doing it because i've heard of others doing it with great results/health benefits and there was even a long talk about it at woodstock fruit festival in summer last year and will be repeated again this summer, so i just assumed it was being encouraged as a very healthy practice etc. etc.
but no worries about me cause i'll stop doin it forever. thanks again and you're the bestest ever ;) xo
