I truly appreciate your taking time to respond to me personally, Dr.
Graham.

I am eating some celery, but will up my intake. No lettuce right now,
just spinach and Dandelion greens.

I probably drink way too much water. Extreme thirst has been one of
my main symptoms for the last decade. I drink gallons a day. (And
can often tell if I'm getting better if I'm able to sleep through the
night without drinking half a gallon.)

I could tolerate grapefruit before I started 811. Not sure about
pineapple or oranges, though. I seem to remember having some
slight allergies to them, but it's hard to say since I haven't eaten them
in a decade... in fact, I've eaten almost no fruit except for berries and
the occasional granny smith apple or grapefruit.

Is citrus high in niacin? I do get a niacin flush whenever I take the
capsules.

My acid indigestion was much better yesterday with bananas, berries
and dandelion greens... I cut out the citrus for the time being, and
will perhaps slowly introduce it as I heal.

I did have some brown rice, because I was absolutely starving and
couldn't stand the thought of eating yet another banana. I did ok with
it, but my body definitely likes fruit better. (My tongue feel pretty
raw.)

I'm in a definite haze still, as I have been for the last few days. I'm
assuming detox. Hopefully it will lift soon.

Again, thanks so much for your time.

Chris
