What are good blood sugar levels for morning and after eating?

This morning mine was 77 upon awaking. After some strawberries it was 81 and
after bananas and dates waited about 30 min and it was 143. So it went up about
66 points (give or take the possibly huge error in the TRUEtest glucometer). Then
20 minutes later it is 97. Then 5 minutes after that it is 89, then a minute later I
checked it again and it is 87. Checked it again 5 minutes later and it is 106,
checked it again right away and it gave me 95. This is all without exercising yet,
or drinking any water or going to the bathroom at all. So it seems like my
glucometer really sucks? I can't find consistent info on blood sugar levels on the
internet so I wanted to get your opinion on what optimally healthy ranges look
like.

And if my glucometer sucks (TRUE2go brand), can anyone please direct me to an
accurate one (or at least maybe a consistent one).

Thanks,
Eric
