I am hoping to get to culinary skills week - would love to intern... and hoping I can stay on to do H&F week and even F&F (if im travelling all the way from the UK I might as well do the lot!)- its just a case of being allowed the time off work! Unfortunately the timing isnt great for me as I have deadlines at work but hope someone will be willing to cover for me...
