My stance on organic is and has been unyielding. I am glad that after almost 4 years of pushing organic, Mike is finally coming around. In our house, we take responsibility for the quality of food we feed ourselves. This includes intelligent purchases of organic foods. Certainly, the "dirty dozen" list of foods we always eat organic. I grow as much as I possibly can in my own garden so as to improve quality and lower prices of my food. Gardening becomes my private time, my exercise, my time to be in nature, my fresh air and sunshine, my hobby, my personal challenge.
