most cities have co-ops mike, have u looked into that? as most cities are close to the countryside where they grown lots, so u can get local. I've been buying my mangoes at whole foods for $1.00 each and they are not organic there. I also buy their organic greens such as their dinosaur kale and red dandelion leaves and red leaf lettuces as they look so nicely displayed and very vibrant in color and just plain good and healthy lol :) I also always buy their weekly sale of produce products on sale. mike, one's body is very intelligent so ease your worries about toxicity in that your body will be able to filter it out and detox of it. also mike, even if one ate 100% organic one would still be ingesting toxic poisons thru the air and thru touch and thru smell also, so just relax and do the best you can in all ways :)
