I have the same issues right now, and its more below my right knee. I love running so much getting injured doesnt seem right. I could just run all the time. I am training for my first half marathon and now that my knee has been hurting i am hoping i can at least finish yet alone get under 2 hours. I think its over training without knowing it. I think we need to be more systematic at it. Take it slowly even if it feels like its not enough to let your body slowly get use to the amount of running we want to do, you know?
