Thanks for the Thorough Reply, It helped so much. I also felt connected with us both buying from whole foods and co ops. I find the co ops to be a lot more expensive so i rarely shop there. Since i have been buying almost entirely conventional i am going to make the switch to organic. I mean i believe in it and i want to send the message to grow more organically. Plus on 811er can make an influence on a farmer what would take 10 or 20 or more SAD people. I have always said its too much money but i am realizing now its got to be worth it. Thanks for the reply, very good!
