I said this before and I just want to resay it again because i just find it interesting and different from what is said/taught in the 811rv community.

I've easily gone without overt fats for months at a time with nooooo cravings for any overt fats whatsover as i just ate till 'full' basically which is what i would also do when i used to eat standard western fare and i never had an overweight problem when i ate standard american fare also. alright, soooo i just noticed on myself that when i omitted all overt fats that my health would fail, most notably my sports performance as well as my eyesight and alertness. now, this all goes against what was '''''suuuupppposed''''' to happen according to 811rv guidelines/rules which i find veeerrry interesting...
i suppose conclusion to draw is that we all just have different reactions to different fat levels and for one to just experiment and see what works best for them because there is Noooooo One Right Way for Everybody!

P.S. I'll eat avocadoes in middle to end of day usually no more than couple hours after giant salad of tomatoes and other citruses and my body seems to just love it taking it all in and i'll often eat up to 4 at a time also right out of the shell but don't do this everyday but more like half a dozen times or so in a month. soooo i don't know, maybe in a year i'm still averaging 10 percent or bit higher when averaged out, but i think it would average out to above 10 percent. juuuust interesting in how i perform better and feel better and my physical health improves with avocadoes vs. without any over fats is all.
i noticed also that when eaten with citrus salad that it must help improve all those nutrients in the citrus somehow cause things become more clearer mentally and physically too which is kinda coool :) i don't feel sluggish at all and my elimination and digestion is better also inwhich it is not with others and said so in the guideline also. sooooo i'm not going soley 'by the book, guidelines' anymore but still sticking with raw. noticed also that there are whole lotsa highfat raw vegans who are skinny and doin very well long term yet not as many lowfat raw vegans which is interesting also. this is all really new to me, so i'm still experimenting and exploring you could say ;)
