His name is Marios Protopappas, he is a Greek MD. Regarding microminerals he mentioned vanadium, tin, titanium and bismuth. He told me that he had contact with you in the past via email and phone for 2 years. The reason I am addressing you is that, after having read The 80-10-10 Diet and The Grain Damage, I can't thank you enough for the invaluable knowledge you provided me with, you are one of the persons I admire most and certainly trust most after the inarguable evidence you display (not only in the books, but also in the free articles and youtube videos). 2 of my 3 meals (breakfast and dinner) are already raw vegan fruit and the lunch contains a big salad with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber with some cooked vegetables and/or legumes/rice/potatoes. The cooked part of my diet is inevitable as I am still living with my parents.. But hopefully in 4 months I am leaving for a postgraduate in UK and then I will be able to fully incorporate your programme. You think I am on the right track? I am still 21 years old, I live in Greece and the fruit and vegetable quality is rather high as I am buying directly from the producers.
