Folks come to H&F every year from Australia, just so you know. Sometimes they stay for longer, to attend Culinary Skills or some of the other summer events in the States, such as Woodstock Fruit Festival, or the Connecticut event on healthy families I will offer in October. I would design your specific workout program to meet your specific fitness goals. If you'll state those for me, I'll gladly make suggestions as to what types of training will get you there most efficiently and effectively.
