I would appreciate knowing whom I am dealing with, please. What was this doctor's name? Being open about such matters helps everyone, and hurts no one. Adding the foods you mention will do nothing to bolster the quantities of nutrients you mention. B12 is not typically found in large quantities in any plants. As you don't mention which specific amino acids or micro-minerals, I cannot address that issue. Unless the food you eat is grown in soil that is deficient in iodine, (such as you would find in Michigan, or specific areas on other continents) there is little likelihood of iodine deficiency. Certainly, it is easy enough to test for iodine sufficiency.
