Subject:         B12, Iodine, microminerals and some amino acids deficiency in the 80-10-10 Diet
Date: April 8, 2012 at 3:46 am PST

I was recently told by a medical doctor I highly respect that
the 80-10-10 raw diet of Dr. Douglas Graham is deficient in
B12, as we require large amounts in order to cope with the
enviromental pollution, high stress etc.

Also, it is deficient in iodine, adequate amounts of some
amino acids and microminerals.

So, would it be advisable that we also include some cooked
grains like legumes, potatoes, rice etc. without salt, oils or
vinegars? Of course the bulk of our diet would still be fruit
and vegetables.

I would deeply appreciate the response of mr. Douglas Graham
personally, as I am very fond of him. Thank you.
