We live in a world where we are regularly exposed to artificially heated air, artificially cooled air, artificially humidity-controlled air. We breathe air-borne toxins, use artificial lights, and frequently participate in fitness activities regardless of the weather, often in the heat of the day. To isolate water usage and consider living without drinking is not a healthy idea, in my opinion. Drink enough water to stay well-hydrated, meaning that you are urinating an average of 8-12 times per every 24 hours.
