Hi Doug, Thanks for your response. I guess I thought my weakest link was rest/sleep, but maybe I've placed too much emphasise on this for too long and it's time to start moving a bit more now. I go to bed between 8pm-8.30pm and wake up at 6-6.30am and generally get up between 7am-8am. I don't get to sleep straight away, so I estimate I get about 8 hours sleep a night, so around 56 hours sleep a week. I don't currently work, so this is a typical week's sleep for me. Thanks, Faye
