There is no doubt in my mind that you would benefit from getting out and walking, doing yard work, cycling, or otherwise partaking of physical activities. Your health cannot be stronger than its weakest link. If you aren't getting out, breathing fresh air, getting sunlight and daylight, or getting enough sleep, there is no way for the rest of the health puzzle to fall into place. And still you and your doctor will want to find out why, if you are supplementing with B12, your levels are not going up. I wouldn't necessarily put all your symptoms down to B12 deficiency, however. How much sleep do you get in the average week?
