Subject:         Sodium %DV

Hello Dr. Graham,
I noticed that fruits and vegetables have very small amount of
sodium and even if eating 2+ Kg a day of celery for example
(that is one of the highest in sodium) you don't meet daily
value for this nutrient.

Do you think that %DV are too high for this nutrient, or maybe
there are other vegetables to eat in order to meet the
standard value?

I'm not talking about salt craving issues, just about %DV.
