Kate's response says it all, as does your initial post. "Too lazy" to prepare food in a way you are willing to eat it? Does that mean too lazy to take good care of yourself? Celery, lettuce, cucumber, and tomato, make up the bulk of my vegetables, though certainly not the total. If you don't want to prep, fine, don't prep. Eat enough fruit to stave off all cravings; to totally satiate yourself. Eat enough celery and lettuce to keep the salt monster at bay.
