Celery is crunchy and salty. So are cucumber sticks,
if you leave the peel on. Iceberg is very crunchy;
chinese leaf is a delicious and crunchy, somewhat
salty, mid-way between lettuce and cabbage, or chard
with the stalks too.

If you want "filling up" as well as crunch, eat your
leaves with fruit. If you chose fatty snacks over
fruit and greens, you were not eating enough fruit.
