two people who are in relatively poor health (overweight and obvious frailties) giving each other health advice. What a great world! I have to turn up the volume of my ipod so I don't step in and give the correct information to my boss, which could lead to negative consequences to my paycheck. Learning when to contribute and when not to is a very subtle skill we all need to learn. My tongue has so many bite marks on it ;)
