I just got my blood test results in and im low in -cholesterol -iron -b12 -zinc What should I do? How can I fix this?
Rather than fixing your test results, I'd recommend living healthfully and allowing your body to create the health you desire. You give no numbers, only mentioning "low," so it is somewhat difficult to give an objective response. Low cholesterol is typically considered a good thing, but of course, it depends how low. Below 75 might be of concern. Vegetarians typically test a bit low in iron. Do you suffer with any deficiency symptoms? The range for acceptable levels of b12 is huge. Again, do you suffer from deficiency symptoms? If you don't eat meat, shellfish, dairy, etc, you'll test lower in zinc than people who do eat such foods. Are you showing symptoms? If you aren't WAY out of range and aren't showing symptoms, I wouldn't worry about those results, and would just implement 811rv wholeheartedly. This is the best time of year to get started, so jump in.
