I'm unfamiliar with exchanging gifts for Easter. What does Easter mean to you and your girlfriend? Is it a spiritual/religious celebration for the pair of you? If so, perhaps you want to do something in celebration of your beliefs.

For me, whatever the occasion for celebrating with gifts, or if I just want to show my appreciation for my husband or a loved one, I like to express that through actions rather than buying something (probably because those are the gifts I appreciate most as well!). For example, I will look for something I can do for him that will take a load off his plate. My favorite gifts from my husband have been when he has cleaned the house for me or when he has written me poetry from his heart or when he has set aside the day to spend it with me doing things he knows I like to do.

Now, if your girlfriend really loves dates and likes to open packages, perhaps this is the perfect gift for her! I think it is pretty wonderful that you care enough about her to want to gift her with something she'll really like. :)
