Such as, your height and weight, what exactly you were eating on an average day (or, better yet, week) while eating according to 80/10/10(rv?), your average activity for a day (or week) during that month, average weekly sleep, average daily (24 hour) pees, how much sunshine, fresh air, etc. How was your stress/emotional poise? Height: 5'7" Weight: 141lbs Average day: watery fruit in the morning (maybe 3 small watermelons), workout (running anywhere from 3-8miles), 12-20 oranges, then I'd crave cooked food at night but I'd eat 1-2 heads of lettuce, a few stalks of celery, about 5 tomatoes, and maybe 5 bell peppers. I'd end by eating more fruit because I was usually still hungry (maybe 20 clementines or 8 bananas). Snacks would be 10-20 dates. Average week activity: about 30miles of running Sleep: 6-9hours a night Pees: 8-13 times Not much sunshine besides running outside and walking about a mile outside to classes (also fresh air) Stress: average. I am overall a pretty happy person. Just have a small amount of stress with the homework load, as I am in college
