Thanks for putting the obvious in such a clear way in the 80- 10-10 Diet book. I needed that. :) I'm currently transitioning one meal at a time. Last week I had 80-10-10 breakfasts and felt great. Yesterday I added lunch but followed with quite a bit of fat later in the day. I went to bed feeling weak and woke up with gall pain, the same pain I have experienced twice before after eating a lot of fat, so I'm assuming it's that. After today's experience, I'm certainly motivated to lay off on the fat as I transition, but I just thought I'd check in here to make sure I got it right. My body seems to be saying that after all the nice food I put in it, no way are we going back to loading it up with stuff it doesn't like. Before, it would take a lot of the stuff without complaint, but it seems to be more willing to complain now that the good stuff is going in. Julie
