The percentages are based on recommended quantities of the different elements, although there must be a minimum number of calories required to cover that.

I did not know that about B12. What does provide it?

I spend quite a bit of time outdoors so don't worry too much about vitamin D.

I fixed myself a raw eggnog with raw milk and 2 eggs yesterday in addition to the fruits, salad, etc. This provided 100% B12 according to the cronometer and 76% calcium, for the day.
