I don't feel very right to eat all our food cool or cold, it doesn't feel very well in my stomach, anyway I think your problem is the absence of true sunlight, I improved greatly my digestion on raw foods (remember at this point actual TCM is wrong) but I reached a limit and then my digestion got worse a bit, now I am in Mexico my digestion is on the roof.
