For breakfast and lunch I am having bananas along with a bit of other fruit to make them more delicious. Also, after the banana meal I usually eat young spinach and/or celery. For dinner I eat: fruit salad (50 gr of soaked dry fruit, several apples, oranges and pears), vegetable salad, and about 10 gr of nuts or seeds or 20 gr of avocados. And, I feel I could eat more, but somehow I can not find good quality fruit except bananas, and I can not eat bananas also for dinner. Sometimes I would eat some cooked potatoes and/or broccoli. I go to bed before 11pm, but sometimes I can not sleep for an hour or so. I get up between 9 and 10 am. So, I suppose I get enough sleep. And I do some walking before breakfast and light jogging before lunch.
