what is the average time it should take to digest a meal of say 700 to 900 calories as when i feel hungry and eat a meal this large of just pure fruits and greens with no overts or just fruits with no greens or overts it does not digest in just an hour thus i have to limit my athletic activities until it fully digests as if i don't then it becomes quite inconvenient and a bother if you get what i mean.... aka-be close to a bathroom
