Smoking cigarettes is a form of doing speed. When you come off of speed, it is common to gain weight. Eating at mealtimes is not a bad idea, if you are hungry at mealtimes. It sometimes takes some training to learn to eat after exercising, but you'll invariably be glad you did. Slow and steady is the best way to drop weight.
