Subject:         hunger for weight loss + exsmoker?

Hi! I am on fruits and veggies since about 2 years, and
during this time i gained 10 kilos. I definitely ate way more
than i burned, but that helped me to avoid cravings. Now i am
over that and feel i can take it to the next level, and lose
that fat again. I always eat by the clock, so would it be
advisable to start to only eat when i am hungry? Even though
this would mean that often after exercise i would not eat
immediately.

Even during the periods when i was eating less i was not
loosing weight though. Could the reason be that i was a
smoker before going 811? Do you have any experience if weight
loss/detox takes longer in ex-smokers? I never noticed i had
a detox actually, still desperately waiting to get rid of all
that cigarette gunk that my body accumulated.
