When I spent a week with Tim, he certainly ate close to 3000 calories per day.
Which is it, do you think, 1500 or 2800? That's a big range to be inaccurate about, I think.

Do the math, while you are at it. If Tim requires 1500 per day for everything else, and another 7000 per week for fitness training (70 calories per mile for 100 miles, or roughly 1000 calories per day for fitness training,) that's only 2500 per day on average.
