Subject:         For Dr. Graham about fruit before meals

Hi Dr. Graham,
In The 80/10/10 Diet book you say "If you are not ready to eat
just fruit for your breakfast or lunch meals, it is perfectly
acceptable to simply begin your meals with fruit. You can eat
all the fruit you care for at the start of the meal, and then
follow the fruit with other foods".

Does it mean that I can eat all the fruit I want and then
shortly afterwards eat pasta, pizza or meat?

What about food combining then?

This is confusing me.

Best regards

Augusto
