Sometimes I just don't get in enough calories during the day and feel hungry at
about 9:30pm. Often I have two large bell peppers and maybe an orange. Is this
bad to eat this late and right before bed? Sometimes I just can't sleep until I've
eaten a little because otherwise I lay awake thinking about how hungry I am. This
doesn't happen often; maybe two times a week. But is it okay for my body to eat
this late? And it shouldn't cause weight gain as long as I don't go over my caloric
requirements, correct? Thanks!
