What's a reverse osmosis system? Sounds expensive lol. Is that what you use to drink all your water? All water aside from what's in your food I mean. Thanks for the reply. I'm struggling at the moment, because my folks have not really supporting me going 80/10/10 and not with this knowledge they implore me even more to start using fluoride toothpaste and guarantee me I will have a root canal if I don't go back to the dentist and get my cavity filled.
