Subject:         Importance Of Getting Direct Sunlight Everywhere On The Body?
Date: March 11, 2012 at 11:46 am PST

It's easy for me to get sun on most areas of my body in the comfort of my own backyard, but I live in the city and there are obviously laws that prohibit me from exposing my full body to sunlight.

So I'm just wondering if I should find a way to get sunlight on EVERY area of my body or if it's ok to deprive certain areas of the body from every getting direct sunlight. (It doesn't sound natural or healthy to me to go years and years and years without ever getting sunlight on certain body parts.)

Sun shines through a window in my bedroom and I could stand in front of it to get sunlight on those areas that I normally can't, but since I'm outdoors a lot and I already get a decent amount of sunlight on my face, arms, and legs I am wondering how much time I should stand infront of the window.

This seems to me like it could be a serious topic that needs to be talked about, but maybe it just seems uncomfotable to talk about. I hope I worded everything in a way to not seem indecent.
