I am aware of and accept your much-repeated statement that candidal overgrowth is gone in a few days lfrv. My curiosity is based on personal experience: for around 15 years now I've experienced a type of BM which is accompanied by slight nausea, gone instantly after clearance, which may be repeated over 2-3 days, then things settle back to my normal fairly constipated state. The material is uncharacteristically loose, soft and watery, looks much like undigested small grapes. My reason for previously mentally labelling it candida was that a colonic irrigation therapist I visited for a while 20- odd years back (with zero success!)told me she could see the candidal fungus coming through the tubes. I believed this at the time; that there was a specific formation visible. Also around 2 years back I misguidedly took anti-candidal powders (staying mostly raw). The effect was very frequent episodes of the above symptoms, with migraine added. After about 9 months I discontinued the powders, weary of the interruptions in my life. The BM issue still occurs, now usually only every 4-6 weeks and much milder. After reading more of your info (yes I have read 80/10/10 but forgot) I realise this is not candida. I'm not after a medical diagnosis; but can candidal overgrowth recur mildly and infrequently on this diet? (I've had zero desire for overts since starting, and have eaten almost none.) Or is it just me? Overall I see my lifelong sluggishness in the area improving significantly on the programme, along with other symptoms. Really just curious, I expect you will say the latter. Thanks!
