I'm trying to follow 811RV 100% and I'm really
enjoying it and I see results I've never seen before
on my body and my health, but someone's telling me
that all the citrus I eat will ruin my enamel.
I eat all the green vegetables (incredible
quantity!) and variety of fruits that is reccomend
in the 80/10/10 diet and I also love and eat citrus
(pineapples, oranges, ecc.) daily as a mono meal
with no single problem to my teeth or everything
else, but they (so-called "fruitarians" here in my
country) keep saying that it will ruin my teeth.
Question is: considering that I eat all the green
vegetables and all the variety of fruits
recommended, do you think that, eat almost daily
mono meal of citrus like pineapples, oranges, ecc
(with all the greens and other mono of fruits
reccomended) will cause problems to my teeth?
If yes, can you please explain why, since in this
total mineral balance I think it should be in
excess?
Thank you very much Dr. Graham, you're a very
inspiration and your answers are priceless.
Hope to meet you someday.
Best regards
Augusto
