Because doesn't our body adjust to whatever amount of sodium you give it....from 50 mg to 10,000 mgs?

I have read that having low sodium can actually increase blood pressure.

Salt seems to be the only thing I go back to on this diet and I'm just making sure it's worth it to stop.
