Just using your 430g of bananas as an example. Look at your chart under Fruits and find Bananas. Look at the first column. That shows how many calories are in 100g of bananas, thus 89 calories per 100g of bananas. So, just multiply 89 x 4.3 (why 4.3? because 4.3 x 100 = 430). Your total calories in 430g of bananas comes to 387.20. Does that make sense?

You can do the same for any of the fruits listed. Try with apples, assuming you have the same weight of apples. The chart shows there are 52 calories per 100g of apples, so multiply 52 x 4.3 and you get 223.6 calories in 430g of apples.

I'm no mathematical wiz, so if you have more complicated questions, I'm not sure I'll be much help, but hope this helped at least a bit. :)
