I would be deeply grateful for any additional guidance on handling candida ... what are your observations in relation to my physical symptoms (mentioned in my original post) ... is the candida dying off or blooming?

My hands have been becoming increasingly dry, with cracks that are discoloured brown ... what is this? Dehydration and the yeast trying to leave my system? (I am currently drinking 1 gallon / 4 litres of water a day).

What are the physical symptoms of candida die off compared to blooming (I am trying to ascertain whether it is improving or not)?
