A program like Cron-o-meter (www.cronometer.com) is free and will do the math for you. Cron-o-meter even has a option under "profile" to set it up for 811rv.
A gram of carbohydrates is 4 calories
A gram of protein is 4 calories
A gram of fat is 9 calories
There are about 28.4 grams in an ounce
There are about 453.6 grams in a pound
So using Cron-o-meter your 430g of bananas would yield
Calories: 382.7 (kcal) (92.8%)
Carbohydrates: 98.2g
Protein: 4.7g (4.1%)
Fat: 1.4g (3.1%)
As for the chart Doug or Ric will have to help you with that.
But overall to keep it simple:
Eat 811rv
Eat enough calories a day
Eat2-6% of your calories from leafy greens and you should do fine.
And remember these numbers are averages over time.
