I bought the 80/10/10 Success Guide a while ago. Could you explain how to use it? How do you turn 100g into calories or calories into grams? I grow up with knowing how many calories are in the different foods. I'm just not understanding the 100 grams thing and how to use it. I have a scale with grams on it, but don't know what to do with it.

Say I have 430grams of bananas. What does that mean when it comes to the chart? And explain step by step on how to get there. I'm just so confused when it comes to the chart and how to use it.

I remember Ric would say such and such food was 100grams with explaining that we are getting enough zinc and calcium. But I need it explained in English or simple terms. Please use the example of the 430 grams of bananas. Thanks
