olympics at 129 years of age on no dope before you start eating and

The reality is that in 5 years time or even now you'll still be a fat
apathetic individual blaming others for why you cant take action in
life.

'too rigid!'
'too relaxed!'
'too young!'
'too old!'
'too simple!'
'too complicated!'

Your like my friend that thinks bottled juice, dried fruit or baked
yams is the same as big macs 'cos its cooked' and therefore 'all the
same'. He is obese and always will be till he changes his mindset.

At least he is grateful for the free time he gets from myself and
others.

Stop being an ungrateful bitch Joe. Time to man up and take charge
for the first time in your life.
