Did b12 shots. They raised my b12 serum to 800-1400. They
dropped my homocysteine down under 10 from 130
Ive given a lot of b12 shots to my friends both vegan, non vegan,
raw, non raw. 3 of which had low b12 clinically. One was a raw meat
eater for over a decade yet still low b12.
Ive done a lot of expensive testing. Found out I lacked sufficient
intrinsic factor. I got away with it cos I was supplementing b12 all my
life until I got into raw foods. Then again maybe it was induced late
due to my chrons background. Maybe the test provided a false
positive? Lots of maybes but b12 shots were a definite hemoglobin
improver.
B12 shots get my thumbs up. Ive used all 3 main injectable types and
cant tell any difference.
Lots of people report weight loss ease and increased mood. Ive never
had a weight issue and always chipper. I didnt feel any different after
shots. Just on paper things looked more text book for cyclist of my
level.
