Subject:         Which type of B12?
Date: March 5, 2012 at 11:24 pm PST

Dear comunnity, i would like to take a liquid B12 vitamin.
I don't have any medical condition, however i sometimes feel
fatigued and anemic.

I heard about the cobalamin, cyanocobalamin & methylcobalamin.

However now there are more types: hydroxocobalamin,
methylcobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin.

What is the difference between them?
What is the healthiest form of the above?

I know that i should also take care about the other
ingredients besides B12, but at least what is the healthiest
form of B12?

Liquid or sublingual?

Thank you,
vadim
