| Subject: | 80/10/10 Talk, Doug Graham |

In my opinion, there is a big
difference in how individuals speak
and write about the 80/10/10
diet/lifestyle. It helps me to
remember the difference.
Doug Graham tested his
diet/lifestyle for decades, even
after sure he found the best
diet/lifestyle.
Doug Graham worked for his
knowledge, then chose with care and
intelligence how to present his
knowledge in books, talks, events,
online...
By contrast, DR sounds to steal
words from Doug Graham repeatedly.
An example of words DR sounds to
steal from Doug Graham is "sleep,
water, sugar".
In the past, I read Doug Graham
prefers to keep his events private
and confidential. It surprised and
disappointed me to see a video from
Doug Graham's Health and Fitness
Week in a U Tube video on DR's
channel.
DR sounds to steal and peddle the
work of others.
I don't think DR has the experience
or knowledge to offer advice.
I don't find the online "work" of DR
or FL respectable.
To me, DR sounds immature, arrogant,
and sarcastic. An example of DR's
immaturity, arrogance, and sarcasm
is the way he targets the
misinformation of "health educators"
with no class or intelligence.
In my opinion, DR wrongly claims
DR's immaturity, arrogance, and
sarcasm is humor.
In my opinion, DR wrongly claims
some simply don't "get" DR's
"humor". I don't see it as humor.
It is true that if a person doesn't
like DR's approach, he/she is not
forced to listen to DR or pay DR any
money.
It is important to acknowledge that
when a person seeks health, he/she
is often vulnerable, at times
desperate for help, and often unable
to see clearly.
I see it as irresponsible to offer
"help" or advice with little
experience and no expertise in an
arena where it is easy to take
advantage of others.
I think it is arrogant and careless
to "teach" or offer advice without
extensive experience.
In 2008, when I first read of DR, I
linked DR to Doug Graham.
In the past, I thought DR was
credible because of his connection
to Doug Graham. I feel relieved I
could see the difference early on. I
feel relieved I listened to Doug
Graham, not DR.
It seems DR accrued much of his
"credibility" from his association
with Doug Graham.
I don't know DR. I never met DR. I
don't know if DR is authentic. I
don't know if DR has a hidden,
dishonest agenda.
I find reason to question what
motivates DR and FL.
I find no reason to respect the
online "work" of DR or FL.
In my last view of the U Tube
channels of DR and FL, many images
showed FL nearly unclothed or
undressing. I would guess that is to
get U Tube views. I see this
approach as trash. To rationalize it
by saying "... sells" in today's
world is trash.
I do not understand why any person
would want to attract a view by
undressing. It is sickening to think
of the type of people she could
attract by undressing for U Tube
views. This is 1 reason I question
what motivates DR and FL.
I respect Doug Graham.
The primary reason I write is to say
I think it would be wise for Doug
Graham to clearly distance himself
from others who talk of the 80/10/10
diet/lifestyle, especially DR and
FL.
Doug Graham, his work, and his
message can stand alone.
I find integrity in Doug Graham's
work. Integrity is tough to find in
the world today.
From what I see, others who speak of
the 80/10/10 diet/lifestyle use Doug
Graham and Doug's work as a crutch
and a platform, often with an
agenda.
