Where to begin. His website is full of the most
ridiculous (and laughable) pseudoscience imaginable.
His writings overflow with extreme hatred and anger. He
promotes raw but does not follow a raw diet.

He tried to found a community in Hawaii but failed. He
proclaimed himself to be the moderator of an un-
moderated Usenet (now Google Groups) group:
alt.food.vegan.science. That group is pretty quiet
nowadays, but you can find people mocking Forti there,
including an apparent Forti impersonator who can be
funny at times. Search on Google Groups for Laurie
Forti pseudoscience for some interesting reading.

In short, he is a net kook aka a nutcase. Ignore him.
